Mok.oneWebinars: Using Push Notifications by Fortune 500 Companies

I’m good. Hello to everybody. Hello and welcome to today’s Mok.one webinar. We’ll talk about how Fortune 500 organisations use Mok.one to drive their notification strategies; my name is Megan.

Just a few more minutes for everyone to join us, please. We appreciate all of the new members today.

Right, let’s have a look. We’ll give everyone here a couple more minutes. Before we begin, just one more minute will pass. Additionally, if you wanted to submit questions, you may do so here, and I’ll do my best to respond to them throughout the webinar. We’ll go ahead and have our support team follow up with you later if you have any particular technical questions regarding your account, if you have questions about our plans, or if you have any other questions that we didn’t get to.

I’m good. As a result, I’m going to share my screen during the webinar today so you can view the version of the Mok.one dashboard that we’ll be using. We’ll see. Right. Therefore, I’m hoping that everyone can see my screen and what it looks like. Essentially, if you’ve set up your Mok.one account, you’re probably pretty familiar with this. It somewhat resembles the Mok.one user interface.

So, in addition to the 500,000 apps and websites that exist today, we deal with countless clients who collaborate with all of you. They include many Fortune 500 firms. From developers to employees at early-stage enterprises, it really spans the spectrum. Today, however, we’ll discuss how these Fortune 500 companies use push as a part of their mass marketing strategy to reach all of their clients and how it integrates with their internal setup, CRM systems, and databases to truly understand who those users are and the best way to communicate with them.

I’ll just go ahead and start with our general account to explain the purpose of this. The automatic messaging component will once again be the key topic we discuss today. We’ll go through that now. We’ll also go through List Upload, a brand-new functionality we just launched. We’ll go through a new tool that Mok.one has introduced called List Submit, which effectively enables you to upload lists of client data. We’ll also go through some of the analytics after that.

I’m good. So, the high level of your Mok.one count is shown here. You have access to every piece of information in your account. All of the users are visible to you. Your individual messaging approach is visible. As you can see, we’ve been sending out messages to let people know how to access today’s seminar. Typically, the automated messaging and the templates are what I’ll take you through. So let’s start by establishing a user subgroup.

Targeted Notifications Sending
Additionally, there are all of these wonderful things that Mok.one automatically imports via the SDK. User information about timing, whether or not people are engaged, and level of activity are thus things you pull in. The quantity of sessions, which, in my opinion, is a great indicator of how involved your user is. Them who have been active five times in the previous four days can be used to construct segments, and you can actually develop an automated strategy with very small segments that merely directs users down the path of purchase.

Consider the case of a huge national retailer. You know that visitors to your website who add items to their cart are more likely to make a purchase within two days than within five days. As many times as you’d like throughout those two days, you can truly tailor your notification strategy to those individuals. As a result, perhaps you send them three to five emails informing them that they have purchased the item in their shopping basket. It’s currently on sale before the price rises once more. Alternatively, you can send a notification to say, “Oh, the price reduced on this item you’ve been eyeing,” if the price has decreased.

Additionally, affiliate marketing is another area where it excels. Therefore, if you’re more of a media publisher and you might work with other businesses, showcase distinct categories if you want to promote specific pieces. Prime Day will soon arrive. Therefore, I’m sure all of you in the media have a tonne of material coming up on Prime Day. It’s an excellent approach to advertise some of those goods. Even more so if you know from your segmentation that a user has looked at a tech article and may be considering purchasing an Amazon Echo at a discounted price. Sending that user a notification is an excellent idea.

As a result, you can start to develop focused campaigns. Some of our most successful publishers are currently attempting to identify patterns within their user history through the data they store in their CRMs and customer data platforms in order to better understand how to message segments of these users in order to compel them to take actions on our website or mobile app. How can we entice them to return? How can we increase their loyalty to our app? How do we interact with them?

Therefore, segmentation will essentially be the key here. If they visit your site and you want to identify them with particular categories of items they’ve looked at, or if you want to tag them with their subscription status or something else you could have, category segmentation can be used once again.

Utilizing our INPUT/UPDATE USERS tool is actually the most simple way to accomplish it. In essence, this technology enables you to automatically update user-related data. You can basically download a CSV to the Mok.one system using that external ID or other IDs like the player ID, and then choose the precise columns you wish to target depending on. Mok.one will then be able to match that external ID and update those data tags automatically.

As an illustration, my name is Megan. You could say, “Okay, we know Megan is User 110 and she’s been shopping on this free site or she’s been shopping on these three pages, and she’s added this item to her cart,” if you had Megan in your CRM and my external ID was User 110. All of that data can be easily uploaded to the Mok.one dashboard using the upload tool, after which you can use it to build an automated campaign and a notice.

Therefore, doing it is really simple. I simply drag and drop the CSV file from your computer, after which it will ask you to choose the precise categories you want to match. It’s very simple to accomplish, which is wonderful. Any remaining queries? If anyone has any queries concerning any of the segmentation or automated message, feel free to type them in.

Okay. We’ll see. The last thing I’m going to say is that these are the data markers that are incredibly easy to see here. See? really simple Then, this is where you can actually see all of the various columns that you may use to target users.

Max has a query for you. What level of plan do I require for the new upload function, it asks?

Actually, both our starter package and our pro plan have access to the upload function. So, basically, the way the plans work is that we advise our beginner plans if you anticipate having fewer than 200,000 subscribers visit your site and choose to get notifications. For the first 30,000 subscribers, they begin at $99 per month. Furthermore, the services are available on both levels if you do anticipate having more than 200,000 users, have a sizable website, and need additional support, assistance, or features.
